Zoho Recruit, an online recruiting service, has introduced a new feature called Resume Inbox. This tool enables the parsing of resumes directly from your mailbox and transferring them to the database. Depending on your preference, it can parse the email body, attachments, or both. Once you have completed the configuration, there's no need to visit your inbox for resume processing. The Reports view conveniently presents a summary of the added candidate records, including relevant links. It also provides an overview of emails where parsing has failed, along with the reasons for the failure. Furthermore, apart from parsing resumes, the system can automatically associate candidates with specific job openings if they include the Job ID or Job Title in the required format within the email Subject.
